Welcome to the Zenguau world, thank you for taking the initiative to help improve the quality of life of your furry companion.

First, we will make a face-to-face diagnosis to evaluate the situation in which the animal is. In this way we will be able to elaborate the therapy that we are going to apply, in terms of duration and exercises that we will carry out.

The duration of the first session can be a little more than an hour. The duration of the rest will be approximately one hour. We will always have to consider the therapy to be performed that day, therefore, may be extended or end before the hour. We will always consider the emotional and physical state of the animal, as well as its response to exercise.

Let's not forget that we are working with living beings, their emotional and physical state will be constantly evaluated to develop the progression of their therapy.

To meet our objectives, we must work as a team, both responsible for the animals, the animal, and the canine therapist.

In the diagnosis, we will stipulate a minimum number of sessions that the person in charge of the animal will commit to comply with, to improve the situation with his puppy. These sessions may be less than those stipulated, because the evolution of the person in charge and the dog is favorable or may need more sessions than those agreed upon. The animal will always set the pace, as well as the work developed by the person in charge. With this I want to point out that with a dog you should never run, even less, it is more, you must leave each therapy well fixed, they are not machines. The one who runs a lot, soon stops, and with a dog, if you run too much, then it is two steps backwards instead of one.

The sessions will be structured between the home where the animal resides, its territory and usual recreational area, as well as places for walks in the surroundings of Palma and controlled working area of stimuli. Each session will be structured by the canine therapist, who will consider which therapy to perform each day in each case.

The person in charge commits to carry out the therapy stipulated by the therapist and the minimum number of classes agreed upon to complement the therapy, otherwise Zenguau will not consider the animal to be discharged from therapy, and it will be the responsibility of the person in charge.

The dog must have chip, card and vaccination up to date, which will be shown in the first session.

In case of accident (knock on wood as luckily, we have never had any, and may it continue) we have liability insurance with Ocaso. In the cases with a higher percentage of probability are those of canine rehabilitation, there is the risk of bites or scratches to both human and other dogs. The necessary safety measures are always taken to avoid accidents. However, if the dog
needs a long rehabilitation, for which the responsible will have to work a lot with his animals, and not always in the presence of the therapist, we recommend for your welfare to have your own liability insurance for your personal peace of mind.

In the case of PPPs, they must have the PPP license and mandatory insurance.
In the case of hiring a voucher of 10 sessions, the voucher will have an expiration date of 3 months from the time of purchase, unless agreed by both parties. In no case, the classes already paid will be reimbursed, it can be transferred to another dog that needs it without any problem.

If a session cannot be attended, it must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, unless there are duly justified reasons, otherwise Zenguau will not be able to reorganize the session and Zenguau reserves the right to charge for the class.

According to the first evaluation session and after all the information provided in the interview, unless other information is unknown. The canine therapist will stipulate for the correct evolution of the animal the minimum sessions necessary for the correct development of the therapy.
